Help your brows by following these pre-care instructions. They are extremely important to the results of your brow micropigmentation.
Precare Instructions
60 days before service

Chemical peels

Coloring of brow hair. Brows must be uncolored at the time of your service.

Acne medications must be stopped (i.e. Spironolactone) 30 days before and 30 days after

Sun exposure, tanning or self-tanner on your face. This is a restriction for your appointment.

Botox/Dysport or fillers

Shaping, waxing or threading brows

If you regularly get brow laminations, please make sure it is done 14 days before your micropigmentation service.

7 days prior service
No: Retinol/Retin-A in the brow area. It will cause the skin to bleed.
5 days prior service
Avoid: Blood thinners unless medically necessary.
3 days before service
Avoid: Asprin, ibuprofen, niacin, fish oil or vitamin E3 unless medically necessary.
24 hours before service
12 hours before service
No alcohol. It can cause excessive bleeding and affect pigment retention.
No caffeine: It can cause excessive bleeding and affect pigment retention.
Day of service
Do: Eat before your appointment and wear comfortable clothing.

Microdermabrasion
Brow lamination may be done 2 weeks prior to your micropigmentation appointment & 6-8 weeks after your micropigmentation appointment.
No chemical peels 30 days before your appointment.
No laser treatments or microdermabrasion 60 days before or after your micropigmentation service.
No injections or fillers (i.e., Botox, Voluma, etc.) for 14 days before or after your micropigmentation service.
Exercise | Swimming | Sauna
No steam rooms, sweating, saunas, hot tubs, etc. for 10-14 days after your micropigmentation service.
Sun Exposure | Tanning | Self Tanner
No sun exposure, tanning and applying facial self-tanner for 10-14 days before and after your micropigmentation service.
Brow Coloring
Brows must be uncolored at the time of your service. No brow tint/dye/henna 30 days before your micropigmentation service. You may return to coloring your brows 30 days after.
