Cape Cod Brow Policies
These policies are in place for the respect of my clients and myself. Please review all policies before booking your appointment.
Contact
I ask that communication regarding appointments be done through email or text message and not social media.
Client Only Appointments
To provide clients my full focus and attention, I require all clients to come alone to their appointment.
Right To Cancel
I reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments or any appointments that I have not received the necessary forms or information.
Late Policy
Please plan ahead to give yourself enough time for traffic, using the restroom and finalizing any intake forms. In the event that a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled, and the client will be charged the full-service amount to the card on file. If a client fails to arrive to their appointment, they will be charged the full-service amount to the card on file.
Clients that fail to show up for their appointment will be responsible for the full-service amount and the card on file will be charged.
Booking
All appointment bookings are done online through Glossgenius. A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and you will be requested to complete an intake form. This form must be completed before I can accept your appointment. After you have booked, you will receive an email/txt confirming your appointment details.
Rescheduling | Cancelations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I require that you notify me atleast 48-hours prior to the start of your appointment time. You will not be able to cancel or reschedule with less notice than 48-hours, and will be charged the full service amount to the card on file. I ask that you contact me through email or text message to cancel/reschedule. You may also manage your appointment through the email/txt you received when booking.
Right To Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. Especially for an undisclosed medical/skin condition, undisclosed previous brow tattoo/micropigmentation, having a sunburn/suntan during your appointment, are under the influence of drugs/alcohol or for misbehavior or safety. Client will be responsible for the full-service amount and the card on file will be charged.
